It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning!
